Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur North

They charged ra 2000 extra. I gave the complete details in my booking for two adults and two children. For amount of ---. Still they charged extra 2000 for child.

Only food was good otherwise not like other ramadas

In description showing hawa mehal walking 5 min but the actual location 20 min driveServices are too late. Room interior not so good Hot water issue no drayer available in the bathroom.

Breakfast was decent but not great

I was highly disappointed with my stay at this Ramada property. While the staff were generally courteous, the overall condition of the hotel was incredibly run-down and felt, frankly, "tired." It badly needs an upgrade.The issues with the hotel's appearance and maintenance were widespread:Common Areas: The hallways and elevators had stained carpets and a musty odor. The lighting in the corridors was dim and some fixtures appeared broken or outdated.Room Condition: The room itself was dated. The furniture showed significant wear and tear, and the decor felt like a time warp to a previous decade. The bathroom had some minor issues, like loose taps and a shower that didn't drain properly.Cleanliness: While the room was somewhat clean on the surface, there was noticeable dust in hard-to-reach areas and the general feeling was one of poor upkeep.Amenities/Facilities: Overall the hotel looked neglected and uninviting, much like the rest of the property's common areas.

1. Room was small and was nowhere near being a premium room.2. Condition of property was bad3. Washroom glass could not maintain privacy.4. Neighborhood was really not good.5.

Cleaniliness of rooms

Restaurant is not well organized and space limited....breakfast options were finished and refilling always gets delayed.

We were apprehensive when we reached the location. But the behavior of the staff, was ohh so exceptional!! Such warm loving caring staff especially the Manager Mr Sandeep and house keeping staff Shivam were so well behaved and welcoming. My senior citizen parents were travelling with me and the staff behavior was so respectful for senior citizens. Thanks so much.

The property is an old build

Pool was dirty. The staff was confused about the pool timing.Food could have been in taste and variety.

Break fast have good options but South Indian food is average

Only thing what I liked was the way Mr Saurabh the Manager who made our stay a bit comfortable, it was because of him we continued our stay.

Bathrooms horrible , one can almost see the person bathing through the tinted glass sitting outside, food average, breakfast shuts at 10.30 am and not a bit of grace time given to the guest , they just close everything. No efficient staff. A worst stay. Far from city.

Road wrks goin on in frnt of the hotel , hence a messy situation near entrance , too much dust and dirt, rooms cud b better , nt maintained as per Ramada standard stayed two nights had to call several times to reception to clean room …bed linens were also nt v clean these all can still be compromised with, but the point which I will and have to emphasis on is tht they served stale fish on the buffet for chilli fish, as an Executive chef with 26 yearsOf Experience amd running my own business in India and Europe, I knew this straight away and spoke with one of the waiters to remove the dish from the buffet, but was kept there and still served , as North of India is mainly veg eating customers, the property must have gotten away with such substandard food quality on many occasions , guests are paying but not receiving the quality they are supposed to. Also had asked for Anda bhurji ( Indian style scramble egg for b’fast ) but I was told thts not possible , very starnge for Ramada standard. Have stayed in Ramada hotels around the world but this is my first such experience.Vegetarian items were very good , have to say the waiters seemd good and eager to learn but are nt properly trained.I hope the management will look into this and try to make the necessary needed changes and trainings.I have to report this to the top bosses of the group and owners

Neat and clean rooms . Friendly and professional staff. The food overall was rich and good , and they try their best to customise your needs to whatever they can extend

Not my favourite location , noisy start to the day as early in the morning you are condemned to listen to some kind of loud music from outside , it was everyday and takes a while getting used to
